Meet the Oddkins
Over years of sewing scrap monsters and their kindred creatures, a few recurring forms have emerged, evolving into their own recognizable Oddkin species with their own distinct names and personalities. The Oddkin world is always growing as new species are being discovered!
The Oddkin Monsters
The OG Oddkin (the first design Katie ever created), Cuddlewinks are known for their soft ears, woolly horns, yarn hair tuft, single cyclops eye, and sleepy eyelids. Curious yet calm, they enjoy quietly watching the world—and are always ready for a cozy nap.Â

Snugglehorns share the characteristic woolly horns and soft ears of their Cuddlewink cousins, but are distinguished by their two wild, button eyes. Bursting with character and charm, they love bringing comfort to anyone in need of a little extra love and will happily befriend everyone they meet.Â

Grumblins are slightly mischievous Oddkins, characterized by their beady eyes, toothy grins, and crooked smiles. Scrappy tufts of yarn hair add to their charm, and while they may grumble at first, they have soft hearts, a love for cuddles, and big, playful personalities.

Ragglewumps are playful, messy Oddkins with a rectangular body shape and a full head of wild hair made from fabric or yarn scraps. Full of chaotic charm, they love bouncing, tumbling, and little adventures. Always ready for a surprise hug, they are scrappy, whimsical, and utterly impossible not to love. Ragglewumps can the eyes and smile of a Cuddlewink or a Snugglehorn—it’s all about the hairdo!Â

Pouchlings are among the rarest Oddkins, only emerging when I happen upon reclaimed sweaters with perfectly placed pockets. They have the faces of Grumblins but without any ears or horns, with a tall body and long sloth-like arms. Pouchlings carry their adorable babies in their tummy pouches.Â
